HOW WE WORK

Clear supply terms.
Clear roles and responsibilities.

SAEBYUK organizes your requirements and supply options,
then coordinates the scope with manufacturers and specialist partners.

01

Define requirements

Equipment, purpose and specifications
Budget and requested delivery date

02

Review the application

Available equipment configurations
Sample evaluation conditions, if needed

03

Agree the quotation and scope

Cost, delivery and support responsibilities
Inspection and acceptance criteria

04

Supply and follow-up

Delivery of the agreed scope
Confirmation of equipment-specific support terms

The provider, scope, cost, acceptance criteria and after-sales support for specialist work are defined in the individual quotation and contract.

MODEL & APPLICATION GUIDE

PROEX5 · PROEX7 · PROEX7-L
Choose for your board and production flow.

PROEX5

A compact system for inline and offline production, described with a single-zone conveyor. The published PCB working range is 60 × 60 to 420 × 420 mm. Confirm the usable range for your components and fixtures.

PROEX7

An inline conformal coating and dispensing system. Review the three-zone standby, working and discharge arrangement, valve combination, and operating and conveying conditions for your board size.

PROEX7-L

The manufacturer describes PCB handling up to 750 × 500 mm and pallet use for F-PCBs. Confirm board and pallet dimensions, fixing and conveying conditions, and the applicable three-zone operating range.

BEFORE WE START

FAQs

Understand the consultation and application review process.

What should I prepare for a PCB coating inquiry?

Share the coating material name, PCB dimensions, coating areas and keep-out areas. Include your current application and curing methods, target output, available space and requested schedule where known. We review materials, samples and requirements with the manufacturer before discussing equipment and options. Agree the scope and method before sending drawings, confidential customer data or samples.

Can we keep using our existing coating material?

Share the product name, viscosity and curing method. We will check application compatibility and the required application and curing configuration with ProEx.

Can you discuss coating equipment for automotive electronics PCBs?

We review possible applications with the manufacturer using your PCB, material, coating and keep-out areas, curing and production conditions. Model suitability and compliance with your requirements must be assessed for the specific material, samples and conditions.

Can a sample evaluation be arranged?

After clarifying the objective, PCB and material conditions, we discuss equipment, timing, preparation, cost and the scope of results with the manufacturer.

Do we need to buy coating and inspection equipment together?

They can be discussed separately. Adding inspection to another manufacturer's coating line also requires an individual review of application and integration conditions.
